Meet the Team

Co-Founder

Aadit Mishra

Aadit discovered his purpose when he helped a senior student understand Alzheimer’s—all while caring for his own grandmother through her own battle with the same condition. What began as a heartfelt tribute to his grandmother soon evolved into a global journey as Aadit recognized how many students could benefit from similar support. That small act of guidance made an enormous difference in one student’s life, sparking a vision: how much more impact could he—and others—create by reaching students in need.

By empowering them with knowledge, Aadit strives to extend opportunities that may otherwise be out of reach. His work with HOSA has further fueled his passion for service and inspired him to support others in meaningful ways. HOSA has shown him the strength of community, compassion, and determination, and he is honored to give back to an organization that has profoundly shaped his journey.

Co-Founder

Aryan Sehrawat

Aryan knew what he wanted to do when he helped a student, whose parents couldn't afford tutoring, understand mathematical concepts. This single success turned into a global journey for Aryan when he saw how many students could benefit from similar assistance. It took only a small effort from Aryan to make an enormous difference in one student's life. How much more of a difference could more volunteers make in more students' lives.
